Exercise instructions:
The rhythmical warm-up activity is performed 5-10 minutes before each exercise.
Complete 1-3 sets of selected exercise, each set of 5-10 times.
Between each exercise rest for at least 30-60 seconds.
Exercise the various regions of the body (upper body, lower body, middle) the same number of repetitive movements, to avoid uneven muscle exercise.
If you can not complete five repetitions of action, take a longer rest between each set of actions, or do not use a Pilates cycle when repeating.
If you can not achieve moderate to the greatest degree of muscle fatigue, repeat the ten movements, each set of actions to rest a short time.
In order to achieve the best results, each exercise up to 2-3 times per week.
Every Pilates circle exercise can be between 24-48 hours of full rest.
